How to reach us
Call the line for anything happening at a community right now, at any hour.
Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day. That covers an incident overnight, a building that has lost power with the gates standing open, an officer who has called out, or a resident situation your on-call maintenance should not be handling alone. For coverage planning, pricing and contracts, the people who handle those work business hours, Monday to Friday. Written inquiries come in through the form and route to the same people. Officers on post are reached through dispatch rather than directly, so the call is logged and the supervisor assigned to your community sees it.
What to have ready when you call
Four things make a first call useful: the property, the pattern, the hours and the paperwork.
Tell us the community name and unit count, what keeps happening and where on the property, the hours the incidents fall in, and whether you have an incident log or police call history. If you already have coverage, the current schedule and what it costs you gives us something concrete to compare against. If you have no log, the questions we ask will start one. For an urgent situation happening now, the address, what is occurring and whether Orlando police have been called are what dispatch needs first.
Our office
Nexus Security Firm, 3203 Lawton Rd, Orlando, FL 32803.
This is a working office and not a walk-in counter, so call before coming by. Written correspondence can be posted to that address, and anything needing a same-day answer should come by phone or through the form. Nexus Security Firm holds FDACS Class B agency license B 1900066, which is searchable on the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Licensing public lookup.
Communities we cover
We staff rented multifamily across Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties.
Downtown Orlando, Mills 50, Colonialtown, Conway and Curry Ford, the Semoran corridor, Azalea Park, Waterford Lakes, Avalon Park and the Alafaya and UCF submarket, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Oviedo and Lake Mary, MetroWest, Dr Phillips, Sand Lake, Hunters Creek, Meadow Woods, Lake Nona and the Medical City area, the International Drive corridor, and Kissimmee along the 192 stretch. The agency license is statewide, so a portfolio reaching beyond the metro sits under the same contract.
Hours
Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays.
Coverage planning, site walks, pricing and contract work happen Monday to Friday during business hours, with site walks scheduled at whatever hour your incidents occur, which is usually after dark. Storm periods run on a separate footing: communities with an agreed hurricane coverage plan are scheduled from that plan when a system approaches, and we would rather have that conversation in May than during a warning.
